Established within the Yücelen Foundation in Anamur, Yücelen Academy aims to provide effective support to Türkiye’s global workforce through education and technology. It was created to deliver the following services:

• Educational activities to develop a global active workforce
• Support for entrepreneurship through institutionalized training and guidance
• Conducting global analyses and modeling in key foundation sectors
• Establishing and fostering national and international academic collaborations
• Developing projects and feasibility studies for foundation educational institutions
• Promoting Digital Society and Society 5.0 initiatives, including workforce integration for the elderly, disabled, and special-needs individuals
• Supporting active retirement initiatives
• Developing sports infrastructure for Anamur and Türkiye
• Exploring advancements in agriculture and livestock
• Promoting initiatives for women’s economic contributions and household productivity
• Conducting renewable energy research
• Environmental protection and pandemic prevention efforts
• Expanding aviation opportunities
• Certification programs with authorized institutions
• Publishing activities under the foundation

The academy operates these services solely for the public good, without any expectation of return. It also provides "Robotics, STEM, and English Terminology Training" for selected high school students with a focus on success. In addition, "STEM Educator Training" is offered to science, physics, mathematics, design, technical drawing, and classroom teachers. The foundation covers all costs, including educator and logistical expenses, ensuring personalized, student-centered education tailored to individual needs.
